Bio
I began riding at the age
of nine and soon found my passion in dressage. I started
competing in recognized shows with my Quarter Horse, Amber.
After successfully competing her through First Level, I found my
dream horse, Picasso. It was with Picasso I realized my
long-term goal of competing at the North American Young Riders
Championships. My success at the Championships far exceeded my
expectations as I brought home Individual and Team Gold Medals!
The year following "Young Riders," I qualified and competed at the
U.S. Intermediaire 1 Championships in Gladstone, New Jersey.
Since then, I have brought Picasso to Grand Prix and am bringing
several young horses up through the levels. I have trained
with Anne Gribbons for the past ten years who taught me as a Junior up to a successful Grand Prix competitor. I
have also had the opportunity to clinic with several other notable
trainers including, Klaus Balkenhol, Conrad Schumacher, and Jan
Brink.
